Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and digital transformation projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and software implementations across global operations. Define scope, objectives, and success measures while managing resources, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with technology strategy. Act as primary contact for stakeholders and executive sponsors, facilitating collaboration and translating technical concepts into business outcomes. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, maintain governance compliance, and oversee financial reporting and benefits realization throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience delivering complex IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in global environments
- Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and modern delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams and external vendors
- Strong project planning, governance, and risk management expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of organizational change and its impact on business operations
Desired Qualifications
- PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent project management certification
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working within enterprise PMO environments
