Job Summary
Manage dependencies and drive decision-making for prioritized initiatives on the Index Roadmap, aligning execution with strategic objectives. Coordinate resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk mitigation for migration tasks while supporting the transition from waterfall to agile methodologies. Lead stakeholder management for vendors and service providers, ensuring effective communication and expectation alignment. Produce project status reports, maintain documentation through agile toolchains, and guide capability creation to enable the ISS STOXX index business. Support junior PM resources across locations as a sounding board for best practices in change execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (10+ years) in project management roles
- Working with Agile methodologies
- Financial services or technology sector
- Project management and Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMP, PRINCE2)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Previous exposure to and understanding of the index value chain and ecosystem
- Market data and analytics solutions
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
