Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Direct and manage project(s) and/or multi project programs, ensuring the quality of deliverables are completed on time. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans; manage scope, timelines, and risks; serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders; provide guidance to project teams and mentoring to Project Manager(s); oversee change control, reporting, and resource capacity; contribute to training and capability building; collaborate across internal teams and leaders to align on scope, timelines, and budget assumptions. IQVIA is a global provider of clinical research services and healthcare insights, with a focus on integrity, innovation, and improving patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree — Required
- 10 years of related experience, including at least 6 years of project management experience — Required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results aligned to quality, cost, and timeline objectives
- Strong influencing, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Proven team leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong internal stakeholder management capabilities
- Sound judgment and decision making skills
- Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
