Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to plan, execute TrakCare implementation projects within the country, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. Own end-to-end project lifecycle, secure resources, coordinate diverse teams, deliver according to contractual commitments and milestones. Define objectives, monitor quality and customer/third-party obligations, and escalate variances. Travel to customer sites 70–80% of the time. Requires deep healthcare/HIS domain experience, proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, strong communication skills, and PMP certification. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering) plus exposure to software development processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering)
- PMP certification
- 10+ years of experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
- Experience managing implementation projects for integrated healthcare solutions in a customer-facing role
- Experience overseeing the full project lifecycle (kick-off to closure)
