Senior Project Manager, Interior Architecture & Design

Job Summary
Deliver innovative interior design projects from initial concept through construction while leading internal and external teams. Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing contract document development, conducting site visits, and reviewing shop drawings. Serve as the primary client contact for clients, brokers, contractors, and consultants, ensuring exceptional client service. Be financially responsible for projects by adhering to budgets and workplans, including local, county, state, and federal code searches and analysis. Mentor and train assigned team members to foster a positive, collaborative environment. Utilize company resource groups for design and construction document preparation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing corporate, workplace, retail and/or commercial interior design projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or related field
- Licensed Architect or in the licensure process required
- AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
- Thorough knowledge of building codes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
