Job Summary
Senior Project Manager Insurance at SIXT leads end-to-end, cross-country initiatives to optimize claims costs and drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities, supporting business cases and ROI analyses, managing RfP processes and digital transformation projects, preparing documentation and presentations for stakeholders, coordinating international cross-functional teams (Country Teams, Insurance, IT, Fleet Management, Finance), and organizing workshops and trainings to ensure clear communication across project participants.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Insurance, or comparable field
- Professional experience in project management, ideally with Insurance or Risk Management
- Proven success in executing complex, international projects
- Strong knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally in fleet insurance
- Solid project management skills (agile and traditional)
- Analytical, structured work approach with confident English communication (German nice-to-have)
