Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project development as the internal point of contact for all projects, serving as operational partners with the account team and liaisons for the entire development team. Manage complex projects, including med/legal submission prep, by crafting milestones, developing detailed schedules, and monitoring weekly budgets. Own vendor relationships, identify risks, and lead daily/weekly production meetings while maintaining PM systems of record. Lead process improvement initiatives, present capabilities internally and externally, and manage an assistant project manager through bi-weekly 1:1s. This remote role reports to a Director, Project Management, with a base salary of $80,000–$115,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience
- Pharmaceutical marketing agency experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA)
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams including account services, creative, strategist, database, interactive, and print production
- Experience working with multiple vendors, managing their timelines and needs
- Experience using MS Project or SmartSheets
- Advanced experience using a Project Management financial platform
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience leading process improvement efforts
- Excellent written and verbal skills
