Job Summary
Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through implementation, partnering with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to drive innovation and meaningful outcomes. Manage strategies, change management activities, and detailed project work plans while ensuring communication and integration with end users, vendors, and business unit leadership. Directly oversee project oversight for multiple large technology-driven projects, including budget tracking, milestone approvals, and risk resolution to meet agreed-upon scope and timelines. Monitor project status, resolve interdependencies, and mentor team members on project management methodologies. Serve as a key liaison with business leaders and executives regarding assigned program activities.

- 7+ years relevant work experience in technical program/project management
- Experience directing/managing complex projects
- Experience defining projects
- Experience collecting requirements
- Experience writing detailed function and test specifications
- Experience coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features
- Experience leading interdisciplinary projects that include various healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and information system professionals
- Experience with application implementation and operational systems
- Strong technical understanding of relationships within systems and processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical ability to assess situation, evaluate risks, and make recommendations
- Ability to analyze situation/information and formulate a plan of action
- Detailed in creation of supporting documentation
- Ability to develop complex project plans
- Ability to create critical work breakdown
- Ability to identify key resources, risks and alternatives
- Ability to develop supporting documentation and justification
- Ability to develop quality assurance procedures
- Ability to display creativity and flexibility
