Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead capital and operational projects in highly regulated industrial environments, overseeing initiation to delivery, development and management of budgets and schedules, and resource plans. Responsible for ensuring regulatory, safety, and quality compliance, serving as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and providing clear project reporting to leadership. Requires extensive PM experience (minimum 15 years), PMP certification, strong financial and commercial acumen, and ability to operate independently. On-site role in Amarillo, TX with travel/relocation as needed; capable of navigating nuclear/regulated environments and coordinating with engineering, operations, finance, and regulatory teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of project management experience, preferably in nuclear, energy, chemical, or other highly regulated industrial facilities
- PMP certification required
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycle ownership with assigned budgets
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget development and cost control
- Direct experience working in highly regulated environments
- Superior communication skills with the ability to converse confidently and professionally with senior project management peers and technical stakeholders
- Must be willing and able to work on-site in Amarillo, TX
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Willingness to travel or relocate as required
