Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects while analyzing critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. Verify effective project governance, utilize best practices, and produce formal status reports. Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously, manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers, and forecast key milestones and budgets. Provide technical support to owners and general contractors, including rapid response to RFIs, and offer expertise for cost control and value engineering. Conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawing submittals, and costs. This role requires on-site presence subject to client needs. A Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required, along with proficiency in Procore and construction management tools. SOX control responsibilities may apply.
