Job Summary
Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects while analyzing and tracking critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized, ensuring application of best practice on all projects. Produce formal project status reports and monitor progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly. Manage interfaces between suppliers through monthly trackers, forecast key milestones and budget, and provide technical support to owners, architects, and general contractors. Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field and offer expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance. This role supports large-scale industrial construction projects for Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company transforming outcomes across real estate, infrastructure, energy, and natural resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Strong communication skills
- SOX control responsibilities
