Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction (Traveling)

Job Summary
Prepare and manage project schedules, identify long lead items, and update project plans to ensure adherence. Negotiate change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders while completing monthly status reports, owner billings, and financial risk assessments. Identify value engineering opportunities, ensure project safety plans are communicated, and assist with preconstruction efforts and buy-out processes. Detect constructability issues, understand contract terms and budgets, and recommend staff development needs. Oversee multiple medium-sized projects or single large, complex projects while maintaining stakeholder relationships. Requires five years of construction experience, including project management, with semiconductor experience preferred. Full-time role with travel requirements; visa sponsorship not available.
