Job Summary
Lead multiple industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, and forecasts while coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance across all project phases. Monitor progress proactively to address risks and changes, mentoring project management staff to develop team capabilities. Collaborate with field leadership, estimating, and engineering groups to achieve project objectives and support business development efforts for client retention.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience interfacing directly with owners, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency with construction management software and project controls tools

- Years of experience: Significant project management experience within industrial construction environments preferred
