SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (in N. TN)

Manage Millwork and Metal projects from planning through closeout, ensuring execution aligns with design intent and contract documents. Oversee shop drawings, manufacturing, and installation while monitoring budgets, schedules, and material lead times. Submit monthly workload and billing reports to the COO, review project schedules, and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and subcontractors to address issues. Conduct weekly production meetings, visit jobsites to assess progress, and manage change orders and deliveries. This full-time role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and involves traveling to out-of-town projects as necessary.
