Senior Project Manager, Immuno-Oncology and Cell and Gene Therapy

Job Summary
Lead bid defense presentations and develop integrated study management plans for medium to large, multi-regional immuno-oncology and cell and gene therapy trials. Accountable for strategic planning and execution of clinical studies to optimize speed, quality, and cost while ensuring compliance with SOPs and policies. Manage risk, resolve study issues, and serve as the primary project contact with key customers to drive financial success and revenue acceleration. Forecast project progress, manage change control, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve milestone delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field
- greater than 7 years clinical research experience
- 4 years project management experience
- equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- advanced knowledge of job area
- broad knowledge of other related job areas
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct
- skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements i.e. ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines, towards clinical trial conduct
- Broad protocol knowledge
