Senior Project Manager, Imaging and Cardiac

Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects, managing routine teleconferences, reporting deliverables, and leading a portfolio of clinical trials within the Medical Imaging and Cardiac Safety Solutions team. Develop project timelines, coordinate cross-functional activities, and maintain proper documentation to ensure quality and on-time deliverables while adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements. Forecast revenue, track submittals, update budgets, and manage contracts. Escalate issues to management, conduct investor and customer-facing presentations, and travel independently up to 20% of the time. Coordinate with internal teams to query sites, resolve data issues, and generate Patient and Site Tracking Reports. Identify risks and implement mitigation tactics, participate in customer audits, and provide oversight of Site and Reader Management activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preference in Life Sciences or similar) or equivalent education/work experience
- Required minimum of five years in a customer-focused role
- Desired minimum of one year working in a project management role within the clinical trial industry
- Advanced English fluency required for business communication
- Previous work history in English as primary language required
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
- Must be able to travel possibly required up to 20% of the time
