Job Summary
Lead full-lifecycle project management for high-visibility, multi-year enterprise network and systems development efforts, from requirements gathering through operational test, acceptance, and sustainment. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, tracking progress, managing risk, and documenting dependencies across enterprise goals. Extract, consolidate, and analyze technical, programmatic, and financial data to track project status. Develop cost estimate assessments and level-of-effort estimates in coordination with engineering, security, and production teams. Facilitate technical interchange meetings, working groups, production reviews, and design reviews while tracking action items and cost/schedule/performance impacts. Support production configuration control, change management (RFC) validation, and baseline management. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and pass a government security investigation.
