Senior Project Manager I - Power Generation Engineering

Job Summary
Develop a business plan and generate project opportunities by meeting with potential clients to assess go/no-go criteria. Identify and pursue business development leads while building strategic partnerships and maintaining high-profile relationships with key clients and industry organizations. Manage projects including scope, schedule, fees, and QA/QC, either directly or through local staff. Analyze monthly office financial performance and track client records using relationship management software. Lead client feedback processes and facilitate stakeholder meetings with regulatory agencies and project teams. Recruit, hire, and retain top talent while mentoring project managers and senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer license
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in design, staff management and business development
- Demonstrated ability to develop business resulting in profitable sales and revenue
- Acceptable driving records
- Authorization to the Company to periodically obtain motor vehicle reports
- Passing the pre-employment drug screen
- Completion of the drug screen within 48 hours of being contacted
