Job Summary
Senior Project Manager I/II responsible for leading one large project or multiple projects, ensuring project quality, timeliness, safety, and mentoring the project team. Develop and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and communication with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. Manage overall financial health of projects, allocate estimates to the financial system, handle subcontracts and invoices, and provide monthly owner billings. Lead and train Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers; serve as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representatives; manage change orders, schedule, budget, quality, risk, safety, and compliance; ensure adherence to budget decisions and obtain necessary approvals. Willingness to travel up to 100% and operate with integrity and confidentiality; visa sponsorship not offered. Base pay ranges apply by office location and experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Current driver’s license
- Basic understanding of construction law and business practices
- Ability to travel up to 100%
