Job Summary
Senior Project Manager I with a customer-facing focus to manage multiple software implementation projects across the Asia Pacific region. Acts as Scrum Master for project teams, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and coaches teams on Agile principles. Leads cross-functional collaboration across departments, vendors, and partners, and drives adoption of project management best practices. Manages risks, scope, and change, ensures delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, and communicates progress to internal and external stakeholders. Travel up to 20% and hybrid work arrangement in Singapore. Preferred background includes ACI/CSM/PMI-ACP certifications and a degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business; aviation industry experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years external customer project management experience
- Experience managing moderate complex software implementation projects
- Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
- Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to travel up to 20%
