Job Summary
Lead and deliver development projects and campaign workstreams spanning strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media. Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across creative, strategy, and tech teams to produce digital products. Serve as the focal point for delivery, communicating project statuses internally and externally while managing client expectations and building strong relationships. Ensure all project timelines are built and communicated to meet launch dates, monitor risks and scope creep, and proactively identify solutions. Manage budgets, burn reports, and SOWs, and oversee a number of digital campaign projects using Asana, Jira, and Coda. Work closely with all discipline team members to ensure objectives and goals are met on time and on budget, championing quality and integrity throughout the end-to-end process.
Required Qualifications
- Location: This position is remote within the United States.
- This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico and Hawaii, USA.
- You have experience managing multiple interactive projects, from discovery and design to technical development and implementation.
- You have experience managing budgets, burn reports, and writing SOWs.
- You have experience in management or mentorship.
- You are able to ensure the project team is meeting the objectives and goals of each project on time and on budget, as well as championing the quality and integrity of the end result.
- You have worked at an agency previously.
- You have experience on creative projects.
- You are capable of managing a project from end to end autonomously.
- You monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee and identify potential problems then proactively identify solutions to address them in advance.
- You identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
- You manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
- You communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients and team members, escalating issues accordingly via the appropriate channels.
- You proactively identify opportunities, deliver improvements, and follow project management methodologies and processes.
- You have a background in projects where agile methodologies are a must.
- You have experience with team management, task allocation, and prioritization experience.
- You understand how to compose a team based on the roles and capabilities needed to deliver projects, and work with resource management to ensure your team is staffed responsibly and within budget.
- You have experience working in programs such as asana, Jira and coda.
Desired Qualifications
- Figma experience is nice to have.
