Senior Project Manager | Higher Education

Collaborate with Principals to evaluate project requirements, negotiate owner-architect agreements on fees and schedules, and oversee all correspondence and pertinent documents. Demonstrate mastery of project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget by developing cost and work-hour budgets, coordinating contractor bid reviews, and ensuring projects complete on time and within financial constraints. Negotiate critical issues with top-level architects, engineers, and officials while utilizing technical knowledge to monitor construction document quality and provide coaching to team leaders. Provide day-to-day leadership in the absence of the Principal, manage multiple complex projects, and assist with preparation of client billings. This role focuses on the firm's growing higher education, civic, and cultural practice within a multidisciplinary design firm that recently won the American Architecture Award for Museums and Cultural Building.
