Job Summary
Senior Project Manager will lead all aspects of construction management for multifamily residential development projects, from pre-construction through project completion. Responsibilities include coordinating design development, managing budgets and schedules, supporting procurement activities, overseeing consultant and trade relationships, administering contracts, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up multifamily high rise residential concrete construction projects
- Demonstrated experience in preconstruction, budgeting, procurement, and project delivery within Ontario
- Strong understanding of Construction Management delivery methodologies, including CM as Agent (CCDC 5A) project structures
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code requirements, permitting processes, and construction regulations
