Job Summary
Senior Project Manager in HH Angus PMO leading large-scale Canadian healthcare projects (hospitals, ambulatory care, long-term care, mental health, research facilities) from planning through occupancy. Responsible for developing project execution plans, managing scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality; ensuring ERP integrity for planning; maintaining client relationships; engaging hospital leadership, facilities teams, clinicians, and contractors; guiding contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change management, commissioning coordination, and renovation activities in active healthcare environments; mentoring project teams, contributing to business development, and driving continuous improvement in delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering consulting, project management, or the AEC industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex healthcare projects (hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, mental health facilities, long-term care, research facilities, healthcare redevelopments) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, contract administration, and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and drive alignment among diverse project stakeholders.
- PMP designation considered an asset.
- Experience with ERP and project management systems considered an asset.
