Senior Project Manager - Heavy Industrial responsible for the administration and execution of large, complex projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner. Leads coordination with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; participates in business development, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiation. Oversees transition from estimating to field, manages CPM scheduling using the Last Planner System, procurement, change orders, cost control, and timely invoicing. Ensures safety, schedule adherence, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction, with responsibility for personnel decisions affecting the project. Requires strong leadership across multi-project portfolios and extensive experience in large-scale construction contracts ($51–$199 million depending on Step I/II).
