Senior Project Manager - Heavy Civil

Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent. Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for Owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings. Meet with Owners and Architects to communicate concerns and the company's best interests. Monitor, interpret, and forecast cost reports to maintain positive cash flow. Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team's development. Submit project reports to the Area Manager and escalate risks to management. Requires minimum of 15+ years in civil construction and 8 years as a Project Manager. Salary range is $110,000 - $150,000.
