Job Summary
Lead comprehensive planning, execution, and completion of large-scale heavy-highway and heavy-civil construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations. Expertly utilize Oracle P6 Scheduling Software, Microsoft Power BI, and Autodesk AutoCAD for complex scheduling, data analysis, and design compliance. Direct budget development and financial management using Viewpoint Vista ERP System while implementing advanced cost-control strategies and risk mitigation plans. Facilitate high-level communication among project teams, clients, government agencies, and subcontractors to address concerns and maintain stakeholder satisfaction. Provide visionary leadership to project teams, fostering professional growth and skill development to ensure high performance levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in senior project management within the heavy-highway or heavy-civil construction industry
- Mastery in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI), Oracle P6 Scheduling Software, Viewpoint Vista ERP System, and Autodesk AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dollar construction projects
- Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and navigate complex construction sites
- Willingness to travel as needed for project oversight and management
