Job Summary

Manage project workplans for healthcare facility design, including staffing, budget, and schedule. Fulfill contractual, financial, and cost control responsibilities while leading or assisting in the production and delivery of architectural drawings. Interface with clients and contractors, lead meetings during the construction administration phase, and review submittals, RFIs, and document revisions in Revit. Maintain positive working relationships and explain design choices to stakeholders. This role requires 10+ years of architectural project experience, a B.Arch. or M.Arch. degree, and proficiency in healthcare regulations. Up to 20% travel is expected regionally and nationally. Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
  • Prior experience with healthcare facility design
  • B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
  • Registered architect preferred (we will accept candidates actively pursuing licensure)
  • Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes
  • Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, as well as experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and revising documents in Revit
  • Up to 20% travel expected regionally and nationally

  • You have a strong foundation of technical knowledge and familiarity with both interior and exterior detailing
  • The ability to manage a team of 3-10 people
