Senior Project Manager- Healthcare

Lead all phases of the design process while managing projects to ensure efficient execution within scope and budget. Direct project teams, foster collaboration, and communicate project information to clients and internal stakeholders. Develop and validate project scope, fee, and budget during marketing and contract development. Utilize Deltek Project Management system to complete work plans, track team members, budgets, schedules, and change notices. Monitor construction administration, respond to technical implications, and review work for accuracy and document compliance. Coordinate staffing resources, mentor staff, and participate in marketing opportunities to develop client relationships. Control risk by monitoring client and technical issues to minimize liability.
