Job Summary
Lead all phases of the design process from concept to implementation, managing full project scope, budget, and schedule within Deltek. Direct project teams and stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure efficient execution and successful delivery. Monitor construction administration, validate project scope and fees, and control risk by addressing technical and client issues. Coordinate staffing resources, mentor staff, and participate in marketing to develop client relationships. Review documents for accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with architects to resolve schedule conflicts. Maintain active communication through meetings and memos while adhering to firm standards of excellence in design and living design.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in leading healthcare projects
- 10-15+ years of experience as a Project Manager on Healthcare projects
- Active architectural license in the United States or Interior Design license/certification (NCIDQ)
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
- Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
