Senior Project Manager | Healthcare

Job Summary

Negotiate project requirements and owner-architect agreements, including fee and time schedules. Manage project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with maximum client satisfaction. Lead day-to-day operations in the Principal's absence, overseeing correspondence, documents, and legal counsel while coordinating contractor bid reviews and award recommendations. Develop discipline cost and work-hour budgets, monitor completion status against timelines, and provide coaching to team leaders on workflow and deadlines. Collaborate with practice group leaders on proposal development and client interviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered architect
  • 10+ years of professional experience on complex healthcare projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and be responsible for project delivery
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, especially in areas of clinical innovation, operational improvement, planning and strategic positioning for complex hospital systems
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Working knowledge of Revit
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp
  • Expertise with Project Manager software
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office products
