Senior Project Manager | Healthcare

Job Summary

Collaborate with Principals to evaluate project requirements, negotiate owner-architect agreements, and coordinate contractor bid reviews. Demonstrate mastery of project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget while overseeing correspondence, obtaining signatures, and monitoring construction document quality. Provide day-to-day leadership in the absence of the Principal, manage discipline cost and work-hour budgets, and assist with client billing preparation. Negotiate critical issues with top-level architects, engineers, and officials, and support marketing efforts including proposal development and client interviews. Requires 12+ years of healthcare experience, architectural registration, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • Architectural registration
  • 12+ years of healthcare experience
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, especially in areas of clinical innovation, operational improvement, planning and strategic positioning for complex hospital systems
  • Working knowledge of Revit
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
