Job Summary
Manage and lead healthcare projects from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation phases. Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables while developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies by coordinating internal teams, external consultants, and vendors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout execution, manage documentation including change requests, and conduct regular status meetings. Support business development by participating in client meetings, proposals, and presentations as needed. Foster a collaborative team environment promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years as a Project Manager in the healthcare industry
- expertise in Clinical Information Systems (CIS), Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Electronic Health Record (EHR) and digital health applications
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel as required
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience with organizational change management methodologies
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies
