Senior Project Manager- Healthcare (Design and Construction)

Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams, leading planning, design, construction, and activation activities for healthcare facilities. Manage multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants while reviewing project requirements to ensure alignment with client goals. Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and reporting tools, analyzing impacts to support financial objectives and coordinating procurement of design and construction services. Oversee conceptual planning through construction documentation phases, reviewing architectural, structural, and engineering drawings and specifications. Facilitate project meetings, drive stakeholder accountability, and proactively resolve issues with city officials and utility providers. Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, lead value engineering discussions, and direct Assistant Project Managers. Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and design intent, manage contract issuance and progress payments, and lead project closeout through successful occupancy. Contribute to business development efforts through networking and proposal development.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the real estate design, development, or construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience serving as an Owner's Representative or Project Manager representing the interests of developers, owners, investors, or institutional clients
- Demonstrated leadership through master planning, budgeting, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and project activation phases
- Strong understanding of project controls, project management processes, construction documentation, and project sequencing
- Working knowledge of construction methodologies, value engineering practices, building codes, occupancy requirements, and lease considerations
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting client expectations, schedules, and budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and web-based project management platforms
- This is a hybrid role based in Orlando, FL
