Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leads large or complex healthcare construction projects, supervising project teams, managing budgets and schedules, negotiating subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contract documents and company standards, and delivering predictable outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating pre-construction planning, developing the Project Management Plan, leading value engineering, managing procurement and training project teams, monitoring cost, quality, safety, and schedule performance, handling change orders, and overseeing close-out procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years PM experience, with 10+ years in the industry on projects of $50M+ and experience in hospitality/multifamily settings; strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; and knowledge of building codes and contractual language.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field, or the equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 8+ years project management experience
- 10+ years of experience in the industry with experience running projects $50M+
- Experience in hospitality and/or multifamily recommended
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiating skills and contract understanding
- Integrity and adherence to ethical standards
