Seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for executing construction projects, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with building codes and company policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of industry experience, and travel capability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent
- 5+ years of industry-specific experience
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws
- Documented completion of OSHA’s 30-hour Construction Training Course
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
