Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead master planning and shell & core for large-scale development in Silicon Valley. Owns the project arc from site analysis and master planning through entitlements, shell & core construction documents, and construction administration. Collaborates with developers, municipal agencies, consultants, and Habitec production team to deliver multi-building campuses on time and within budget. Responsibilities include leading master planning studies, developing land use plans and circulation frameworks, coordinating zoning and entitlements, preparing and presenting to city planning departments and stakeholders, overseeing consultant teams, tracking approvals through EIR/CEQA processes, and managing shell & core design packages, coordination across structural, MEP, civil, and envelope systems, permit submissions, and construction administration. Qualifications emphasize 8+ years in commercial architecture with at least 4 years in master planning/shell & core, proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, knowledge of building envelopes, and strong communication skills. Travel for site visits and municipal meetings requires a valid driver's license. Project types include Corporate Campus, R&D/Industrial, Ground-Up, and Commercial Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture preferred but open to all degrees with architectural experience
