Senior Project Manager, GSC Business Performance & Transformation

Job Summary

Lead planning and execution of multiple, complex cross-functional supply chain projects and programs, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and budget. Champion digital innovation by evaluating new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, while developing robust business cases with clear value propositions. Facilitate governance meetings, executive sponsor sessions, and steering committees to achieve quick decisions, and develop risk management strategies at the program level. Support strategic initiatives including annual portfolio planning and the Polaris+ program, utilizing standard processes and systems like GPSiPlan. Proactively drive scenario analyses and strategic recommendations for management, influencing key stakeholders and managing communications. Up to 20% travel predominantly for project-based workshops.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, life sciences and/or business
  • 6+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience
  • 6+ years of project management experience
  • Up to 20% travel predominantly for project-based workshops
  • Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility
  • Field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • PMP or APICS certification
  • Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site, global teams
  • Advanced leadership competencies, including strategic thinking, executive communication, and cross-functional influence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously with a high level of accountability and sense of urgency
  • Expert in two or more supply chain capability/process areas
  • Proficient in leveraging digital tools and systems (e.g., GPSiPlan, PowerBI)
  • Up to date/champion on emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to supply chain transformation, including AI
  • Expertise in risk management, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making at the program and/or project level
  • Ability to manage resources, resolve conflicts, and drive results across global teams
