Job Summary
Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations by conducting site visits and meetings. Monitor project progress, address risks and delays proactively, and review contracts and change orders. Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 7+ years of industry experience, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 7+ years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
- OSHA or other construction safety certifications preferred
