Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar
- 3+ years as a Project Manager overseeing ground-up commercial projects valued at $25M+
- 15+ years of total construction experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Strong background in complex schedule-driven environments
- Experience with commercial general contractors
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
