Job Summary
Lead the management of high-end tenant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Work closely with clients to understand requirements, address concerns, and provide regular status updates. Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating effectively between teams and subcontractors while overseeing safety standards and regulatory compliance. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and review documentation including contracts, submittals, and change orders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement risk mitigation plans. Deliver exceptional results through close collaboration with professionals and subcontractors.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on high-end tenant improvements
- Strong background in managing complex projects with an emphasis on quality, budget, and schedule adherence
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and project management software
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully on time and within budget
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
