Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for Government Projects overseeing heavy civil and vertical construction. Lead multiple concurrent projects and teams, ensuring delivery within contract requirements while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. Leverage Procore and P6 for planning, scheduling, and cost control; strong financial acumen for accounting systems and project budgets; excellent written and oral communication for stakeholder coordination and technical writing. Must be able to travel to Southeast US job sites periodically; Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (building Construction degree preferred); minimum 10 years of construction experience and proven leadership ability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field (building Construction degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of construction experience
- Understanding of all aspects of project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple people
- Procore and P6 proficiency
- Thorough understanding of financial accounting systems
- Proven ability to deliver projects within contract requirements
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical writing skills
- Conflict resolution skills and experience resolving disputes
- Willingness to travel to Southeast US job sites periodically
