Job Summary
Develop the project safety plan, controls, and quality procedures to manage complex construction requirements and mitigate high-risk items. Manage financial forecasts, billings, and estimates while creating and enforcing contracts, risk mitigation plans, and CPM schedules. Lead the project team, subcontractors, and engineers to establish operational priorities, execute closeout plans, and drive constructability reviews. Develop the subcontracting strategy, network with industry partners, and coach team members to ensure project delivery meets contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8-12 years of project management experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
