Job Summary
Develop the project safety plan, controls, and quality procedures to manage complex construction requirements while mitigating high-risk items. Manage financial forecasts, billings, and subcontracting strategies to meet contract obligations, including creating CPM schedules and risk mitigation plans. Lead the project team, superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities, enforce contracts, and drive career development. Interpret organizational strategy to align team efforts with strategic goals and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. This on-site role involves occasional office travel for trainings and meetings, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on-time, and within budget for diverse client deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8-12 years of experience of construction project management experience required
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
