Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for Global Sourcing leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives, vendor coordination and cost management. Responsible for managing domestic and import supplier networks, acting as primary vendor contact, driving supplier performance issues, product changes, backorders, and pricing initiatives; guiding ERP implementations, bids, reporting and process improvements; supporting cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Quality, RD&D, Supply Chain) and providing clear recommendations to leadership. Requires strong project ownership, vendor-management experience, and excellent communication skills; experience with RFQ/RFP, pricing analysis, SAP, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced Excel; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years in PM/sourcing roles. Hybrid work arrangement in Carson, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in project management or sourcing roles
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience with sourcing/procurement processes and supplier management
- Preferred: 4+ years of relevant experience
- SAP experience
- Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, pricing analysis and vendor onboarding
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
