Job Summary
Senior Project Manager, Corporate Access, Conference & Roadshow Logistics at FIRST leads the planning and execution of corporate access meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows, and investor-facing events within the Global Banking and Markets division. Responsible for coordinating logistics, stakeholder engagement (internal teams, external clients, corporate management, and institutional investors), high-volume communications, on-site execution, travel logistics, and post-event analytics. Requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, ability to manage deadlines under pressure, preparation of marketing materials for sales, Zoom coordination, and a brand-forward approach. Travel up to 40% and hybrid in-office schedule in NYC. Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience; ability to lead events independently; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail; problem-solving and teamwork mindset.
Required Qualifications
