Job Summary
Develop the project safety plan, controls, and quality procedures to manage complex construction requirements while mitigating high-risk items. Manage project financial forecasts, billings, and estimates to meet contract obligations, and create CPM schedules with prevention plans for potential impacts. Lead subcontracting strategy, risk mitigation, and contract implementation, including insurance and bond compliance. Provide direct supervision to project superintendents and engineers, fostering a positive work environment through coaching and team motivation. Interpret organizational strategy to align team goals and collaborate with business development to strengthen client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8-12 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
