Job Summary
Develop the project safety plan, controls, and quality procedures to manage complex construction requirements and mitigate high-risk items. Manage financial forecasts, billings, and closeout plans while leading constructability reviews and creating CPM schedules for large projects. Direct supervision of project superintendents and engineers to establish operational priorities, develop subcontracting strategies, and enforce all contract aspects including risk mitigation. Lead the project estimate, coordinate with business development on performance metrics, and interpret organizational strategy to ensure team alignment. Assume accountability for insurance, bonds, and compliance processes while fostering an inclusive environment that motivates team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8-12 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
