Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale digitalization programs for a multinational IT solutions provider in Hungary. Responsible for end-to-end project delivery across multiple portfolios, directing large, distributed project teams, maintaining project schedules and budgets, advising clients on complex or critical situations, structuring and delivering complex business and technical requirements, driving client satisfaction and generating new business opportunities, preparing proposals and tailored pricing, and coordinating subcontractors while maintaining ongoing stakeholder relationships and knowledge-sharing within the organization. The role requires strong analytical thinking, risk management, experience with traditional, agile, and hybrid methodologies, and fluency in German and English (minimum B2). The position offers strategic impact, international collaboration, and professional growth in a stable enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications

- Mély ismeretek IT projektek, folyamatok és kihívások kezelésében
- Erős analitikus gondolkodás és döntéshozatali képesség
- Tapasztalat ajánlatkészítésben, projektkalkulációban és kontrollingban
- Gyakorlat kockázatkezelésben
- Tapasztalat nagy, cross-funkcionális csapatok irányításában
- Strukturált gondolkodás és problémamegoldó képesség, eszkalációs helyzetekben is
- Proaktív, eredményorientált szemlélet
- Motiváció a projektmenedzsment szakmai fejlesztésére és a tudásmegosztásra
- Német és angol nyelvtudás legalább B2 szinten
