Senior Project Manager (German-speaking)

Job Summary
Lead complex business and IT projects end-to-end, coordinating product, sales, marketing, and software engineering teams to drive delivery in a dynamic Agile environment. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders and implementing early mitigation actions. Support continuous improvement of processes and project delivery methods within an international project for a German telecommunications company. This role requires several years of experience managing cross-functional and international projects, fluent German, and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Scrum. Candidates will work with teams across Europe on strategic initiatives related to digital sales platforms and self-service solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in project management
- Experience managing cross-functional and international projects
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Understanding of business processes and collaboration with technical teams
- Fluent German language skills (mandatory)
- English and Polish at B2 level or higher
- Confidence in presenting, negotiating and driving projects to completion
- You choose the form of cooperation yourself – employment contract or B2B contract
